Procurement is the process of procuring all materials, equipment, and services needed to carry out a project according to engineering specifications.
Construction is the stage of implementing the project development according to the engineering design and materials that have been procured.
Engineering adalah tahap perencanaan teknis dan desain proyek berdasarkan kebutuhan pemilik proyek. Pada tahap ini dibuat dokumen teknis yang memuat spesifikasi teknis, gambar kerja, serta analisis kebutuhan proyek.
